Some days are good and some days are bad. This is how it is and will always be. However the challenge is to face the bad days and let them past. Yesterday it was somehow harder to warm up. I felt weaker. But i did my 30 minutes warming up, I made a distance of 2.0 and burned 407 calories.
I had pain in my back so I wasn’t sure that I could continue to run as usual. But after the cross hill I felt pretty good to try. So I run 30 minutes, burnt 392 calories, ran a distance of 5.24 km. The average calories pro hour was 785, and I did 5.42 min/km, no vertical distance. I did 13.1 lap with an average speed of 10.5. At the crossfit we started very quick to come up to a high speed, therefor I wanted to try something new today. So I started at the speed I ended the last day before 10.3 and after 14 minutes I increased to 10.6.
After that I went on rowing, 10 minutes, on resistance 10 as usual. After that I did some weight. I was fine until I met a very fit girl and asked her about a machine. She was very kind to show me how to do, however I took to much weight on and today I woke up with pain in my left shoulder and in the back. So be careful and go easy. I normally increase the weight very slowly in order to be sure, better to be safe and avoid injuries.
