Effective training

A regular training period increases the sleep and relaxes the body. Through different period of my life I slept more or less but very seldom as little as 2-3 hours. I was tired but focused on the things that I had do.

 

In the youth, we are in need of more sleeping hours and when we become older the need decrease. Sometimes the stress holds me awake. It was difficult to sleep and my thoughts ran away. When the alarm rang it was time to go up but the body than starts to feel tired. This state effect the training, a good night sleep and early going to bed, is a must- than the training becomes much more effective.

 

Now when I got back and my body is in balance again. I feel so much better after sleeping and when I am exercising and I feel that my training put me more in balance and make my body more harmonic.
