Training- improved motivation

I come back from hospital. It is so boring to lay there. I had an allergy attack that a high amount of pollen caused me. So after a few days I am back and I am finally back doing training again. I am so happy about it, and even more happy to find a training body at the gym. This really  increases my motivation.

Every time I train I take my water bottle. When I’m in the gym I often see people practicing without a bottle. Remember that you sweat a lot during exercise. Self I fill my bottle and after that I run a lot so I fill my bottle twice. Feel so that you do not drink too much and how much your body wants. When I get home after training, I continue to drink in small quantity but to replenish the fluid that I lost through sweat.
