Training – Water source of live

Every time I train I take my water bottle. When I’m in the gym I often see people practicing without a bottle. Remember that you sweat a lot during exercise. Self I fill my bottle and after that I run a lot so I fill my bottle twice. Feel so that you do not drink too much and how much your body wants. When I get home after training, I continue to drink in small quantity but to replenish the fluid that I lost through sweat.

Running and no more pain

I normally do the warming up for 30 minutes. But at the last weeks I been sick and so I felt running was not the best thing to do. So instead I found a new machine instead of the cross hill I found one similar to it. I tried it and I loved it. It feels like running in the air. So now I am running in full speed in 30 minutes, in the air and I have no longer any knee pain.
