Training – Water source of live

Every time I train I take my water bottle. When I’m in the gym I often see people practicing without a bottle. Remember that you sweat a lot during exercise. Self I fill my bottle and after that I run a lot so I fill my bottle twice. Feel so that you do not drink too much and how much your body wants. When I get home after training, I continue to drink in small quantity but to replenish the fluid that I lost through sweat.

This season I have been training my stomach a lot. A fun exercise that you can do is to sit on a ball. Sit firmly and lean slightly backwards, swing first to the right and then sit back, walk slowly to the other side.
