Training – Water source of live
Every time I train I take my water bottle. When I’m in the gym I often see people practicing without a bottle. Remember that you sweat a lot during exercise. Self I fill my bottle and after that I run a lot so I fill my bottle twice. Feel so that you do not drink too much and how much your body wants. When I get home after training, I continue to drink in small quantity but to replenish the fluid that I lost through sweat.
Training, set you goals
One of the major challenges in training is regularity. That during periods perform training and keeping an active lifestyle and coping with living so many years. This is a challenge. I’ve been training since I was a child and began to live extremely healthy 2003. But periodically I practice more and others less. An elite athlete has already made its decision.
