Who are you?

This period shows my training from June until today, October. Looking at the figures at 30 minutes it is possible to see the increase of distance in km. Even though it is a progress it is slowly increasing the result. Two week ago my knees started to hurt very much. I was than running everyday. I realised the problem straight away and changed my training routine.  I had too look deep inside myself to realise that I had to change my planns, my goal and start to think in a new way. I asked myself the question. Who am I? in order to get my good help back again. Do you ask yourself the same question in order to progress?
